Second are the order forms -- this allows you to print them out so you will always have the number you need on hand. Third is the Order Choice form (this is the  top 20 t-shirts you can sell), you will be able to make the number of copies you need at anytime. Finally is the Master Order Form, which is in Excel format. This is what you will use to tally the final totals and mail to us.
