How do I return an item?
What
is your return/exchange policy? Faith Wear accepts exchanges and returns of
merchandise purchased through WearYourFaith.com within 45 days of purchase. Orders
returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We also cannot accept
your return/exchange unless your items are sent back to us in the original condition as we sent them to you with all tags attached. We cannot accept any exchanges
or returns on merchandise showing any signs of use or wear. Please use the
following guidelines for your return/exchange:
For Exchanges:
To exchange your item for a different size or style, please include a note in your package
with your name and order number, detailing the correct size or style you need. Please be assured,
we will process your exchange promptly upon receipt of your package.
For Returns:
To return your unworn item(s) for a refund, please include a note with your original invoice
stating that you are returning for a refund. A credit for the value of the returned merchandise
should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). We do not reimburse
shipping charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping the
exchange/return merchandise back to our office. We highly recommend
returned merchandise be shipped through UPS who will provide a tracking
number and insurance automatically with each shipment. We cannot be
responsive to your request without your return in hand. We would hate
if something happened to your return in transit and you were unable to
track it! Please remember, WearYourFaith.com reserves the right to refuse
worn or damaged merchandise.
